Approach for driver development

Postby support » Wed Mar 09, 2005 10:39 am

This is the approach I am taking in developing a LLD

Updated February 12th/2006

    a) Compile the exisitng DC driver to expand the macros (done- Andrew)
    b) Clean up the output, documented what were macros (done - Glenn)
    c) Put the code through the Merlin to orca translator (done - Glenn)
    d) Resolve any issues (done Glenn - enough to continue)
    e) Compare output to make sure we are on the right track (done - Glenn - enough to continue)
    f) Replace functions as required by leveraging the 8bit code in ip65 and integrating it into 16bit 65816 code (done)
    g) Add support for ARP (done)
    h) Debug (done)
    i) Add GUI support for interface parameters (done)
    j) Add DHCP support (done)
    k) Driver available - check the web site

Hi thanks for the pointer - I think you ment to post this to the USB forum.
Have you tried this software?

I visited their site before but I have a feeling it would be expensive?
